Versatile superfood
3 people found this helpful
Must have! I have been using this camu camu from Navitas for five years, and I always keep backups on hand. It’s a versatile superfood that works wonders for colds, provides overall immune support, and acts as an anti-inflammatory. Although the taste isn't pleasant, the results make it worthwhile. I often mix it in water, juice, or smoothies.

Improved immunity

High quality; a little goes a long way. I have been adding a quarter teaspoon to my 2-year-old's porridge to help with iron absorption and to build his immunity for cold and flu season. I have seen a significant improvement in his ability to combat illness this winter since using it daily, and the great part is he hasn’t noticed any taste difference.

Flu relief

Initially, I disliked the strong herbal scent, but I soon got used to it. I enjoy the taste. Camu camu has the highest Vitamin C content of any vegetable, and its antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties are popular for alleviating cold and flu symptoms. Despite abrupt weather changes, I've remained healthy, mostly due to drinking cocktails made from it daily.

Effective treatment

This has saved me every time I catch a cold, leading me to stop using vitamin C capsules. The only downside is the taste and that it doesn’t dissolve well in water. However, combining it with concentrated apple cider works perfectly for me.

So far, so good! After taking this product, I felt a bit more energy, and my cold began to fade. I mixed it with yoghurt and fruit juice, along with some liquid iron for better absorption. At over 50, being proactive about my health is essential, and I feel this has contributed positively to my wellbeing.
